Coaching cancellation & refund policy
Effective October 29, 2026
This policy applies to paid Quick-Start Coaching Sessions, the First Contract Confidence Program, and each purchased 30-day Assignment Support Coaching period offered by Be A Traveler Now, a brand of Bingeing on Art, LLC.
Rescheduling your appointment
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Changes made with at least 24 hours’ notice do not use your courtesy reschedule.
One courtesy reschedule
Every paying client receives one courtesy reschedule per purchased offer for a change made with less than 24 hours’ notice or a missed appointment. This includes the single Quick-Start session. For a package, the courtesy applies once across the entire package, not once per appointment. After that courtesy has been used, another late change or missed appointment counts as a used session and is nonrefundable.
Refunds before coaching begins
A full refund is available when requested at least 24 hours before the first appointment, provided no personalized coaching or written work has been delivered. If you have not yet scheduled your first appointment, you may request a full refund before any personalized coaching or written work has been delivered.
Refunds after coaching begins
Completed sessions and delivered work are nonrefundable. Requests for refunds concerning unused services are reviewed individually; a refund is not guaranteed. Because packages include support and other work as well as appointments, any approved refund will reflect the undelivered services rather than simply dividing the package price by its number of calls.
If the host needs to cancel
If we cancel an appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for the affected, undelivered services. A cancellation by us does not use your courtesy reschedule or count as a used session.
How to request a change or refund
Use the rescheduling link in your Calendly confirmation to change an appointment. For a courtesy reschedule or refund request, email sandiecrist@beatravelernow.com with your name, the email used for payment, your coaching offer, and the appointment date, if scheduled. Canceling an appointment in Calendly does not automatically issue a Stripe refund.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
