Contact inquiries

We use the contact details and message you submit only to respond to your inquiry and provide information you request. Contact submissions are processed by FormSubmit for email delivery and may be retained by that service for 30 days. Do not submit patient information or protected health information.

Payments and scheduling

This site does not collect account passwords or payment information. Coaching payments are handled by Stripe, and scheduling is handled by Calendly.

Coaching recordings

With your consent, Quick-Start Coaching, First Contract Confidence, and Assignment Support sessions use Calendly AI Notetaker to record and transcribe the meeting and generate a summary for follow-up. Please do not share patient-identifying information during coaching.
